What we do NOT collect
We do not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal data through the free calculator. Specifically:
- No name, email, phone, or contact information
- No IP address logging or geolocation
- No cookies or tracking pixels
- No browser fingerprinting
- No analytics or session recording
- No organizational data entered into the sliders
Slider inputs are processed entirely in your browser (client-side JavaScript). No data is transmitted to our servers. Refreshing the page resets all inputs.
3. Contact Form Data
When you submit the contact form at aicrrq.com/contact.html, we collect:
- Name and email address (required)
- Job title, company, phone, and message (optional)
This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, share, or rent contact form submissions to any third party. Form data is routed to info@aicrrq.com and reviewed personally by Alim Abdul.
4. Professional Assessment Engagements
Professional assessment engagements involve the collection and handling of organizational data provided voluntarily by the client organization. This may include:
- Organization name and contact information
- Operational and risk posture information shared during the facilitated session
- Documentation provided to support the assessment
Healthcare organizations
Professional assessment engagements with covered entities under HIPAA/HITECH are conducted under a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Contact alim@aicrrq.com to request our standard BAA template prior to commencing any engagement involving protected health information (PHI).
Data handling principles
All client data collected during professional engagements is:
- Used only to deliver the contracted assessment services
- Not shared with third parties without explicit written consent
- Retained only as long as necessary for service delivery and legally required record-keeping
- Handled in accordance with the minimum necessary principle
5. Cookies and Tracking
aicrrq.com does not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or behavioral analytics platforms. We do not participate in cross-site data sharing or retargeting programs.
aicrrq.com uses a minimal first-party page-view counter to understand overall site traffic — which pages are visited, and how often. This counter does not use cookies. It logs the page name and a one-way, irreversible hash derived from your IP address and the date; this hash cannot be used to identify you, cannot be reversed back into an IP address, and cannot be linked across different days. No names, emails, or other personal information are collected by this counter, and it is never shared with any third party. The free Survival Index™ calculator (quick-calculator.html) and the detailed calculator (calculator.html) are excluded from this counter — see Section 2 above, which remains fully accurate as written.
If any functionality requires essential session cookies in the future, this policy will be updated and a cookie notice will be displayed.
6. GDPR (EU / EEA Visitors)
AI-CRRQ™ services are primarily directed at business organizations (B2B). For EU/EEA visitors: because the free calculator collects no personal data, GDPR consent mechanisms are not required for that tool. For contact form submissions or professional engagement inquiries, data is processed on the basis of your consent and/or the performance of a contract.

7. CCPA / CPRA (California Residents)
AI-CRRQ™ does not sell or share personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act. California residents may contact alim@aicrrq.com with any privacy requests.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect any personal data we handle. Professional assessment data is stored on encrypted systems and accessible only to authorized AI-CRRQ™ practitioners.
9. Third-Party Services
aicrrq.com may use the following limited third-party services:
- Hostinger (web hosting) — processes server logs in accordance with their privacy policy
- Google Fonts — font delivery (no personal data transmitted beyond standard browser requests)
- Calendly (booking, if used) — subject to Calendly's privacy policy
- Web3Forms (contact, subscribe, and assessment request forms) — processes submitted form data to route it to us; subject to Web3Forms' privacy policy
- PhishDestroy, URLhaus/abuse.ch, and Feodo Tracker (threat intelligence feeds used only for the illustrative Live Threat Map visualization) — no personal data is sent to or received from these feeds
No advertising networks, retargeting platforms, or data brokers are used.
10. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
